See how Reviewr helps brand teams collect results from every recipient and show what their giving changed.
In ACCP's 2026 CSR Insights Survey of 120 companies, 66% of CSR teams said demand to measure impact had gone up, and 63% faced more pressure to make the business case. Only 13% felt very confident they could measure impact.
For a brand team, that pressure lands on every grant, scholarship and award the company puts its name on. Applications and selection get careful attention. After the award, follow-up is usually a thank-you email and maybe a photo. When someone asks what the giving accomplished, the answer is a list of recipients and a dollar total.
This session is built around two of the five dimensions of Review Integrity, a framework for judging whether an application and review process is fair, consistent and defensible.
The first is Loop Closure: does what happens after the decision feed back into the program? For a brand's giving, that means collecting what recipients actually did, and using it to shape next cycle's criteria.
The second is Decision Traceability: can any decision be reconstructed and defended? If leadership pointed to any award, could you show why that recipient was chosen and what they did with it?
When those answers are no, the giving program gets measured by what it cost, not by what it did. CSR reports lean on totals and a few stories. Next year's criteria get written without knowing which recipients delivered. And when budgets tighten, a program that can't show results is the easiest line to cut, even when it was working.
Results are easiest to collect soon after the award, while recipients still remember what they did with the money. And the follow-up has to be set up before the next cycle opens, or next year's report will look like this year's.

Can Reviewr send data to our CRM or CSR platform? Reviewr exports applications, scores and recipient reports so your team can bring them into other systems. It doesn't offer a live, two-way CRM sync.
